The importance of staff feedback
The importance of feedback in building staff engagement and increasing staff retention cannot be undervalued. Collecting feedback from staff will reveal what they truly think of the school they represent. It will get their perspective about the opportunities for advancement and their professional development. This information can be used to shape future operating procedures and training programs.
We asked a selection of school and district HR professionals to complete a short survey and tell us how they asked staff for feedback, how often and using what tools. The findings of this survey are shown in this report along with our summary of the results and conclusion.
